Jamison Savage has become a prominent figure in the specialty coffee industry through his groundbreaking approaches at Finca Deborah, Iris Estate, and Savage Coffees.

 

We have been using his gems every single year at the championships which helped Moklair to rank semi finalist in 2022 and finalist in the worlds championships.

 

Dedicated to sustainable farming and innovative processing methods, Jamison allows the natural characteristics of each coffee to take center stage, resulting in exceptional flavors that have captivated coffee enthusiasts globally. His beans are a favorite among baristas, often selected for prestigious competitions.

 

A defining moment in Jamison's career occurred in 2016 when Berg Wu from Taiwan won the World Barista Championship using Terroir from Finca Deborah. Since then, many national champions, including our own ( Kevin David and Charity Cheung), Taka, Michael Jasin, Jack Simpson have turned to Jamison for his expertise in crafting competition-ready coffees. And they scored 1, 2 and 3  in the world this year (2024 barista championships).
